If you’d like regular help or a staggered approach, why not hire me to work on one room in your home each month, over a six-month period? Or if you need continued help to stay on track, we can arrange monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly visits depending on what works for you. Get in touch and we can discuss your needs in detail.
Maintenance Package
To begin this project, I’ll organise an initial consultation via zoom, or in person at your home, to assess your needs. The cost for this consultation is £25. From there we will agree a project fee, along with a plan and schedule of works.
Design and installation of children’s playrooms
To effectively stage your home for viewings, I will first need to carry out a full in-home consultation. The cost for this is £25 for 1 hour, which can then be redeemed against any hours booked with me to carry out the works needed.
Home Staging Consultation
If you require me to research specific storage solutions for your home, this is no problem at all! I can either put together a list for you to purchase or purchase your chosen items for you and supply receipts for payment.
The hourly rate for research and purchase is £15.
I’ll supply an invoice which will require payment before installation of all products.
Researching & purchasing storage solutions
Removal of items
I am happy to collect charity items from your home and deliver them to one of the charities I partner with. I will take as much as I can fit into my vehicle for £25. For removal of rubbish and larger items I can recommend businesses who you can hire for rubbish removal

Cancellation of sessions
All sessions require a 50% deposit on booking, with the other 50% required at the end of each session. Packages must be paid in full, in advance, and you will receive an invoice after each session totalling the amount of hours used, and what is remaining.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until the booking form is completed, received and the deposit made.

Cancellation of sessions
If you cancel more than 48-hours before our session I will happily reschedule and move your deposit to another day. If you cancel with less than 48-hours notice I will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit.
Duration of sessions
How long a session takes, very much depends on the size of the task, the speed you are able to physically and mentally work at and how quickly decisions are made. At the end of the session, we can discuss your feelings on the progress we have made and make any adjustments for the next session
